The Virginia Grove Central Lake is a key feature of Lanser’s award-winning masterplanned community in Adelaide’s north. Designed to deliver both environmental and lifestyle benefits, this significant piece of infrastructure is now a thriving natural space for residents and visitors alike.
This project was made possible through the collaborative efforts of civil engineers, landscape architects, and contractors, all working together to create a welcoming public space that adds to the community’s quality of life.
Some key figures from the project include:
- 10,000m³ of earthworks undertaken
- 11,000m² of liner installed
- 1,400 lineal metres of subsoil drainage implemented
- 136 trees and 11,000 plants established
- 6,000m² of turf laid
- 3,500m² of garden beds created
- 2,000m² of pedestrian and cycling pathways constructed
Lanser partnered with leading industry experts to ensure the success of this project. A huge thank you to our project partners for their expertise and dedication in bringing this vision to life, including:
