These school holidays, David and Ebony at Wok the Duck in Aston Hills are bringing a whole lot of fun for the family! In celebration of the second week of the school break, they've hidden ducks all around Aston Hills and are inviting everyone to join in on the hunt for fantastic prizes! Whether you're a local or just visiting, there’s a family adventure waiting for you. Trust us, mums and dads will love the prizes — so get ready for some family fun!
Here’s how it works:
The Wok the Duck family have carefully tucked away ten cheeky ducks in different spots around Aston Hills, and they've even given us some fun clues to help you find them! When you find your duck, be sure to share your adventure with us on social media. Just post with the hashtags #woktheduck and #astonhills, or tag us in your photos — we'd love to see your duck hunting skills in action!
Once you’ve found your duck, bring it on into Wok the Duck to redeem your prize. There are some incredible rewards waiting, including:
- Free T-shirts
- Free breakfasts
- Free menu items
- And the grand prize — a beautiful bottle of wine for mum and dad to enjoy!
Please note: some of the hiding spots are a little tricky, so it’s best to tackle the hunt as a family, especially if you’ve got little ones with you.

Down in the reeds near a street named Cherry,

Duck 2
Among busy shoppers this duck is residing,
A cheeky blue duck is cleverly hiding.
Look for the pot plant that looks like a nest,

Down by the leaf that's bigger than you,
A duck is waiting, it’s waiting for you!
At Paech and Heysen he’s having a quack,
An "O" is the sign that you'll bring him back!
Spot the duck, and you’re in for a treat,

New display homes are fun to explore,
It’s here that you will find duck number 4.

A duck’s hiding on the steps, putting on a show!

Duck number 6 is waiting for you.
Near the playground, where some take a rest,
Finding this duck is your next quest!
Once you spot him, you’re in for a treat,

Duck 7
In Wok the Duck’s Zen garden, calm and serene,
A rogue little duck is hiding, unseen!
He’s nestled in a pot plant, not far from the door,
Find him now, and fried rice will be yours!
Duck 8
In the display village, near the carparking place,
A green duck is hiding, in a green space!
Look carefully as he’s waiting for you,
Find him now, and a gift voucher is yours too!
Duck 9
In the Range Reserve where kids love to play,
Duck number 9 is hiding today.
Near the stepping logs, she's tucked out of view,
Find her now, and a free t-shirt is waiting for you!
Duck 10
By the old stone hut that's worn and cracked,
Duck number 10 is having a quack!
Poke 'round the ruins, have a good scout,
Your final duck friend is hanging about!
