Due to high demand, our latest land releases at Virginia Grove in Virginia and Miravale in Angle Vale have sold quickly. Congratulations to our new residents who have secured their allotments in these releases. We understand that our limited land supply has caused frustration for those eagerly waiting to call Virginia Grove and Miravale home, and we appreciate your patience.
As you may have heard from recent news, there have been significant delays with SA Water infrastructure in Adelaide’s North, including the townships of Virginia and Angle Vale. However, there is good news on the horizon. Our State Government has announced the Housing Roadmap, a strategic plan designed to address the delivery of essential infrastructure.
